Wellness Coaching is a holistic-based support designed to help each person reach their individual goals.  A wellness coach is trained in coaching psychology, and can help you reach your optimal physical and mental health. The program is tailored to each person’s needs, which makes it a perfect fit for Spry.

By developing a relationship with me, your wellness coach, I can help you focus on the big picture while guiding you through the necessary steps to achieve your goals.  Goals are usually aimed toward the member’s vision and the coach is your partner to reach peak wellness. Your doctor may suggest wellness coaching as part of a treatment plan or lifestyle change. I aspire to make you more mindful of your thinking and challenge you to do more than you would on your own. Wellness coaching is an exercise for your brain that combines both physical and mental health to produce results without a huge time commitment.
